‘Jasmine – without doubt the best yoga I have ever experienced. You are a beautiful and inspiring teacher – thank you!’ 2017 attendee

Yin and Yang describe the two qualities or energies present in everything from our food and our bodies, to the seasons and the world around us. Yin Yang Yoga blends two styles of yoga into one practice – bringing together the benefits of passively holding yoga poses with more dynamic sequences and standing postures. In this one day retreat Jasmine will introduce how to cultivate balance and strength by blending dynamic, active Yang sequences with slower, quieter Yin practices.

This day retreat allows you the chance to withdraw from the stresses and strains of everyday life to a quiet and secluded place in order to rest, relax and restore. You will be nourished by delicious vegetarian food, beautiful surroundings and inspirational teaching.

I am really happy to be returning to Haddon Copse Farm which is also the home of our longer Yoga in Nature weekend retreat. This retreat is set in the stunning surroundings of the Dorset countryside, and Tom and Mark from the farm go out of their way to make everyone’s visit one to remember. They are so knowledgeable and respectful of the land around them and have created a very special space in which to connect to nature and relax and replenish.

The price is £85 which includes two yoga sessions, a guided herb walk, a hearty organic lunch and other substantial refreshments throughout the day.

I really hope you can make it. Any questions, please get in touch

For further information or to book this day, please contact Tom and Mark or call 07810 628504
