Wow what an epic adventure!

I had the pleasure of being joined in my beloved half-home Nepal, by nine adventure seeking yogis for a phenomenal six days walking and practicing yoga in the Himalayas.

Walking in the Himalayas takes you through mind blowing scenery, brings you into contact with generous, kind Nepali people, and strengthens and opens your mind, body, and soul- ultimately bringing you back into alignment with your truest self through the beauty, the challenges, and the practice.

Making Friends With These Rascals

Lonely Road

We practiced yoga and meditation under the watchful gaze of the snow peaked mountains, laughed a lot, played cards, drank endless cups of tea and hot honey lemon ginger, ran up an astronomical biscuit bill, walked and walked and walked, bathed our tired bones in natural hot springs under the stars, and really connected with nature, our breath, and the present moment

Savasana In The Sun

This is not a yoga retreat in the usual sense, it’s not even really a yoga holiday. It is a unique, bucket list worthy, yoga adventure. Together we walk, sweat, breathe, and explore Nepal, one of the most beautiful, magical, and spiritual countries in the world. We practice yoga and meditation daily, in a variety of stunning settings, and the end result is a stronger fitter body, a clearer quieter mind, and a joyful soul.

I loved teaching morning and evening classes out in nature, allowing the fresh air to fill our lungs. It was amazing to see the participants go through the highs and the challenges of the trip, and watch their faces transform as they spent more time in nature. It was a joy to share a practice and a place that I hold so dearly in my heart with people from many different corners of the globe and I can’t wait for the next one!

Here’s what people had to say about it:

The combination of trekking and yoga was so special and a very unique experience! I have never felt so connected to nature and at peace with myself! Jasmine is such an inspirational teacher and I can not thank her and the team enough for guiding us through such an unforgettable experience. Amazing yoga, magical scenery.

I feel warm and gooey, like a freshly baked muffin! Jasmine really knows what yoga practice our bodies and minds needed at the start and end of each day- whether physical energising asana, restorative, or meditation/yoga Nidra, it was always the perfect balance to the trek which was equally well thought out and rewarding.

I was a bit worried because I never did a trek before. But it went perfectly. The fact that we were doing yoga every evening and morning helped my body to overcome the stiffnesses associated to the walking. Jasmine is an amazing yoga teacher.  The Nepali staff was lovely and also really caring.  Everything was so well organised, the transportation, the hotels, guest house, the food… All of this for a reasonable price! Words could not express the beauty of the landscape! Nepal is heaven on earth!

What an amazing adventure!! Both the yoga and the trekkkng were brilliantly run and complimented each other down to the ground. We got to see parts of the world we’d never imagined and were lead by an experienced team who provided great insight into life in Nepal. I would go again in a heartbeat, so reasonably priced and worth the money time and time again.
