I’m thrilled to be returning to the beautiful island of Corfu this May to lead the retreat week May 21st – May 28th 2019 with the lovely Just Relax Yoga Holidays

The days will look a little something like this


– Energising morning practice. Flowing Hatha Yoga with a focus on FEELING your body and enjoying what it is to be alive. (Including meditation, asana, and pranayama)
– Delicious fresh buffet breakfast at our beautiful villa

Then free time to explore the island, chat, read, swim in the Ionian Sea, pootle about on bikes, sleep, or whatever else takes your fancy! Lunch can be taken out at one of the many lovely restaurants, or there’s usually plenty of leftovers from the night before to put something delicious together.


– Blissful restorative Yin Yoga (on the ocean facing Yoga Deck if the weather permits
– Lovingly prepared, abundant, homemade food
– Relaxed chats/free time/early nights/after dinner drinks.

Over the course of the week, we will also do at least one full Yoga Nidra practice and will explore meditation and pranayama throughout.


– A boat trip to the stunning peninsula
– Dreamy sunset cocktails from one of the best viewpoints on the island.

I loved teaching this retreat last year. Corfu is a beautiful place, and there are stunning places to explore and discover.

Alice and Hara, our hosts, go out of their way to make sure everyone is comfortable, well fed, and happy. The vibe is relaxed and easy, with a perfect blend of structured group activities and plenty of free time to reconnect with yourself or go off adventuring/ finish the book you’re writing/ Study/ Read/ Swim etc.
